This cookbook was developed during the pandemic by the true foodie and journalist Helle Øder Valebrokk. The book deviates from traditional cookbooks, and is built as a puzzle with 200 small pieces. Helles philosophy is that with many small dishes on the same table, everyone can find something they love!
Along the way, you learn the tricks that make small dishes easy to prepare, how to do smart grocery shopping and at the same time reduce food waste. The 200 dishes is served on playful cuttlery from flea markets, captured on camera by Tommy Andresen.
