An evolution, not a revolution

Established in 1904, Elkem is a world leading provider of advanced material solutions, shaping a better and more sustainable future. 

Due to the company’s strict zero-waste policy, it was essential that the new and updated brand could live side by side with the old brand profile. Their transformation should be an evolution, not a revolution. It was also an opportunity to showcase their end-products and consumers, moving the company more towards a down-stream, tech and R&D communication, rather than the traditional heavy industry that they had been targeting earlier.
